Sandra Guzmán Luna is a renowned expert in low carbon development and climate finance. As the founder and leader of the Climate Finance Group for Latin America and the Caribbean, she has made significant contributions to these areas. Beyond her academic achievements, Sandra distinguished herself as the first Mexican to take part in the Homeward Bound Project, undertaking an expedition to Antarctica to study the impacts of climate change firsthand.
