Micheal Ivenso is a dedicated Public Policy, Climate Change, and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Advisor, with a focused practice in Washington, D.C., where he has been offering his expertise since June 2022. With over a year and a half of full-time engagement in his private practice, Micheal provides strategic advisory services in climate change policy and implementation, drawing on his deep understanding of both local and global environmental challenges. Before his current role, Micheal served the Government of Anambra State, Nigeria, for over seven years, culminating in his position as the Managing Director and Chief Executive of the Anambra State Erosion, Watershed, and Climate Change Agency. Micheal is also a proud member of Africa’s Forum on Climate Change, Energy, and Development, where he contributes to continental discussions on sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.
