Luke Moore is a climate change expert with 15 years of experience in integrating adaptation strategies across various disciplines and sectors in over 40 developing countries. His primary thematic focus is climate finance and readiness, particularly strengthening adaptative capacity and resilience in climate-sensitive sectors such as food systems, agriculture, water, health, infrastructure, and development aid. Recognising the complex and urgent nature of the climate crisis, Luke draws collaboratively on approaches such as ecosystem-based adaptation, participatory design, and systems thinking to work towards transformative change and meaningful impact. He is a trained social scientist and has an affinity for working at the science-policy-society interface to ensure that project interventions are appropriately framed within local ecologies, political economies, and social contexts.
